Franklin Fall Farm Fest | September 20, 2014

Ben and Sharon Peckman (Slate Ridge Dairy) at 425 Lincoln Way West, St. Thomas, PA and Glenn Dice welcome you to tour their farms on Saturday, September 20th from 10 am – 3 pm.  Come out and see Slate Ridge Dairy’s commitment to renewable energy and learn about agriculture in today’s world.

Buses will take visitors to Glenn Dice’s deer farm from Slate Ridge Dairy. The ride is free.

A StoryWalk with the book “Big Red Barn” by Margaret Wise Brown will allow children to participate in various stations that tie in with the book. The first 100 families to complete the walk with a young child (under 7) will receive a free book to take home!
