Weis is featuring a Proctor & Gamble offer for $5 off your next shopping trip when you purchase $25 of participating items.  Most of the coupon matchups came in yesterday’s paper (1/25).  I will have a few scenarios to post later.  Generally, Weis goes by Shelf Price when meeting spending requirements.
