Shippensburg’s Holiday Parade & Kid’s Activities Schedule

Shippensburg will kick off a weekend of holiday festivities sponsored by Downtown Organizations Investing Together (D.O.I.T.)!  The 25th Annual Shippensburg Holiday Parade “It’s a Wonderful Life” will take place Friday, November 18th at 7 PM.  Enjoy the following weekend activities:

Friday, Nov. 18, 2016:

6 PM – 8 PM Christmas Carolers, Kid’s Crafts, Refreshments at Shippensburg 1st Church of God, 121 East King Street.
7:00 PM Parade
7:45 PM Tree Lighting Ceremony (King & Prince Street)
8:00 PM Visits with Santa, free carriage rides, and refreshments at Orrstown Bank, 75 E. King St. after the Parade.

Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016:

 

11 AM – 1 PM Brunch (soups, hotdogs, chips, cookies, drinks) & pictures with Santa at Christ United Methodist Church 47 E. King St.
11 AM – 2 PM Games, Crafts, Story Time, Gingerbread House Making, Christ United Methodist Church 47 E. King St.

There are no fees to attend the events.  Everyone is welcome!
