Shippensburg
The SASHS Band Boosters will be hosting a Winter Carnival on Saturday, February 11th from 11 AM – 2PM at the Shippensburg Area Senior High School. Games, Food, Chinese auction & More!
Book Nook at the Shippensburg Public Library has all hardback books buy one get one free in February.
Creative Craft fundraiser to benefit Shippensburg CFA Football/Cheerleading will be held on Feb. 11 from 1 PM – 5 PM in the Shippensburg Intermediate School Cafeteria. For more information go HERE.
Roxbury
The Blue Mountain Skating Rink is located 1 mile west of Roxbury, PA on Rt 641. The roller skating rink is open for public skating on Friday evenings from 7-9 PM Admission is only $4 and skate rentals are $1. Kids 6 and under are FREE and non-skating adults are FREE.
Chambersburg
Chick-fil-A Chambersburg is offering up FREE Coffee Fridays throughout February 2017. Come in for breakfast (6:30 AM – 10:30 AM) this February and enjoy a free medium hot coffee each Friday. No purchase necessary.
Stop by the Chambersburg Mall this weekend for the Motorsports Show. See the cars, drivers and crew. Talk to them and find out what all goes into making their cars ready for race day. AE Bounce House will be at the Chambersburg Mall Saturday, February 11th from 12-7 PM and Sunday, February 12th from 12-5 PM. There will be a Motorsports Weekend special price of $5.00 per child.
The Vintage Market at the Old Red Barn (1293 Warm Spring Rd, Chambersburg) is having their monthly show this weekend. Open only one weekend a month, the barn is filled with treasures, home décor, vintage finds, and refinished furniture. Friday 12-8; Saturday 10-5; Sunday 12-5.
Carlisle
Downtown Carlisle’s newest event, the Ice Art Fest will be held February 10 – 12, 2017. 38 different ice sculptures will be placed around downtown Carlisle for visitors viewing and picture taking pleasure. Sponsored by CenturyLink, the Ice-Art Festival will combine many events and activities in one weekend including the PNC Chili Cook-Off, Dessert Bake-Off and so much more.
The Crescent Circus Magic Show will be coming to Downtown Carlisle on Saturday, February 11 at 7 PM at the Carlisle Theater. Tickets are available at the Carlisle Theater Box Office at 40 West High Street or online at http://carlisletheatre.org/
Ice Age 2 The Meltdown will take be shown at 3 PM on Sunday Feb. 12 at the Carlisle Theater. This is a FREE event sponsored by CenturyLink.
Come join the USAHEC in Carlisle to experience the excitement of living history during the 6th Annual Reenactor Recruitment Day on Saturday, February 11, 2017 from 10:00AM to 4:00PM in the USAHEC Visitor and Education Center. This free event is open to the public. The event will feature over fifty different living history organizations and over four hundred reenactors from all periods of U.S. Army and world military history.
Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg

The Thrift Store is located at 4833 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg. The Mechanicsburg Store Hours are Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The Great American Outdoor Show is a nine-day event (Feb 4 – 12) celebrating hunting, fishing, and outdoor traditions. The show features over 1,000 exhibitors ranging from shooting manufacturers to outfitters to fishing boats and RVs, archery and art. The schedule includes country concerts, fundraising dinners, speaking events, archery competitions, and more. Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center, Harrisburg.
Hershey
Zoo America has $6 Fridays where all visitors get in for $6 every Friday during the winter through March 2017. Admission is regularly $11 per person for ages 9-54, $9 for ages 3-8 & 55+, and free for ages 2 and under.
Hagerstown
Spend February’s Second Saturday inside the Discovery Station and enjoy the experience free of charge from 10 AM – 4 PM! Main Street Hagerstown will be paying admission to the first 150 people who come to the Discovery Station on February 11, 2017. At 2 p.m. there will be FROZEN Slime Making. No advance tickets available. Discovery Station is a hands-on children’s museum located in downtown Hagerstown appropriate for Pre-K through Middle School ages.
