December 1 & 2
Doubling Gap Church of God, 50 McCrea Rd, Newville is presenting a free live drive-thru nativity on December 1 & 2 from 6:30PM to 8:30PM.
December 7 & 8
New Hope Mennonite Church’s “Journey to Bethlehem” is December 7 & 8 from 7PM – 8:30PM. You will join “family guides” taking you on an adventure where you will talk to shop keepers, meet with angels, discourse with wisemen, and ultimately learn the real reason for Christmas through a live nativity scene. New Hope Mennonite Church is located at 10255 Mountain Rd. Orrstown.
December 8 & 9
Friday December 8th 6PM to 9PM
Saturday December 9th 4:30PM to 8PM
Middlesex United Methodist Church (118 N. Middlesex Road, Carlisle) is hosting a Live Nativity Hayride. Take a 40 minute hay wagon ride through the Christmas story. Live actors, animals and musicians along the way. This event is FREE and for all ages. Dress warm. After the ride enjoy cookies and warm drink.
December 15
Hurly Auctions will host their annual live nativity on December 15, 2017 from 6PM – 8:30PM. The event will take place at the Hurley Auctions building located at 2800 Buchanan Trail East, Greencastle, PA 17225. During intermissions, local churches and choirs to the area will be providing entertainment. Light refreshments will be served inside. Hurley Auctions will be collecting cans of food to donate for the local food drive.
December 16
On December 16 at 5PM there will be a live nativity at Greenvillage Church of God, 5164 Philadelphia Ave. in Chambersburg. At 7PM a cantata “Christmas is in the Heart” begins.
December 21 – 24
The four nights before Christmas, December 21 – December 24, 2017, see a Live Nativity at Mountain Top Ministries from 6PM – 8PM each evening. You may drive through or park. All live actors, many animals, hot chocolate and cookies, carolers. The Christmas Eve service is at 8:30PM following the Live Nativity. The nativity is located at between Gettysburg & Chambersburg on Church Road off Rt. 30 and Rt. 234).
