The Ship Market Opens Thursday
Shop local this Thursday!
The Ship Market will kick off its third season on Thursday, May 9 at 180 Airport Road. Shop the open air market from 4PM to 8PM.
The Ship Market will feature a collection of artisans, farmers, bakers, and tasty treat makers. Vendors on Thursday include Crimson Clover Flower Farm (fresh cut flowers), Castlerigg Wine Shop (downtown Carlisle’s exclusive retailer of fine Pennsylvania wines), Lofty Momma’s Gifts (natural products), Biser Farms (local dairy farm with milk products, butter, and artisan cheese), Gourmet Popcorn of Carlisle (flavored gourmet popcorn), Rowan Tree Farm (seasonal veggies, eggs, etc.), Grandma’s Kitchen (fresh baked breads, pies and treats), and Tanya Santos Massage.
Two of Shippensburg’s top food trucks, Uncle Eddie’s BBQ and Wheelhouse on Wheels will be onsite so come and eat! In addition, kick back and relax to live music by Nick Andrew Staver.
The Ship Market will be open in the Beistle Pavilion Parking Lot, Southampton Township Cumberland County Park, at 4PM on Thursday, and every 2nd and 4th Thursdays through October.
