What’s Coming to Exit 24, Shippensburg

United Business Park is situated in Shippensburg just off Exit 24 on I-81.  The 363-acre business park is currently home to Sheetz and TST Impreso, a maker of office paper products.  Marketing brochures show Lowe’s leasing the existing large 1.2 million square feet building in the industrial park.

Background info:

Matrix Development Group acquired 205 acres of industrial land in the United Business Park from the Cumberland Valley Regional Development Corporation in 2016.  At that time, the land was approved for the development of two large warehouse facilities – 1.2 million and 1.5 million square feet.   Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania represented Matrix in the deal and currently promotes the sites for lease.  They also market the remaining 150 acres in the business park.
