Meadowbrooke Gourds’ Summer Celebration is filled with local music, food, and an OOPS Sale. The event will be held Saturday, July 18, from 10 AM until 8:30 PM.
This year, the live music event with the classic rock band Mid-Life Crisis is ticketed to control the number of attendees. The band area will be exclusive for attendees who have reserved a $25 or $50 space.
The Oops Sale is open to the public and includes gourds that have been crafted but have slight imperfections. Oops gourds or “seconds” are sold at a discounted price. The sale items will be in three tents, and the number of shoppers will be limited in each tent to assist in social distancing. Shopping hours are 10 AM – 7 PM.
Concessions will also be open to the public and will begin at 4 PM. This year’s lineup includes Hall’s Ice Cream, Firebox Street Grill, Hat Creek Wine Shop, and Hot Heads Hot Sauce. Not all venues take credit cards, so bring some cash along.
