2020 Lesher Poultry Farm’s Field of Sunflowers
Each year, farmers at Lesher Poultry Farm plant sunflowers in a different location around Chambersburg, PA. The 2020 sunflower field is located at 1471 New Franklin Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202.
There is an entrance to this year’s sunflower field on New Franklin Road. Please drive through the field lane and exit onto Guilford Springs Road.
The sunflowers are anticipated to be at peak bloom on the first weekend of September. The picture below was taken today, August 30, as the field is now beginning to bloom.
There is a patch of sunflowers specifically for cutting. The cost is $1 per head, and there is a box to put your money in beside the patch.
