Christmas at the Roundhouse | Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum
The Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum opens a Trains of Christmas room during the holiday season, including four levels of trains, several interactive buildings, a snowy mountainside, and a quaint village.
Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum’s Trains of Christmas display will be available for viewing during regular operating hours, Noon to 4 PM Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays until January 30, 2022. It is open extra holiday days on December 27, 28, 29, and 30. The museum is closed on December 24, 25, 26, 31, and January 1.
Admission to the museum is $6 for adults ages 16 and up, $1 for children 4 through 15 years old, and free for children three years and under. In addition, there will be surprise weekend visits by Santa in the Derby Club Car on December 4, 12, & 18.
In addition to the Trains of Christmas, you can also enjoy the year-round displays.
The museum displays railroad artifacts such as pictures, lights, lanterns, bells, whistles, and tools. The Hagerstown Roundhouse Museum also has a gift shop filled with books, apparel, toys, and other railroad-related unique gifts.
