Franklin County Historical Society Hosts Holiday Historic House Tour
The Franklin County Historical Society will host a holiday historic house tour on Sunday, December 11, from 1 PM to 5 PM.
Guests will travel to five historic homes in the Chambersburg and Fayetteville area at their leisure.
- Wynnmoor – Fayetteville
- Falling Spring Presbyterian Manse
- Sharpe House at Wilson College
- Ragged Edge Inn
- Kennedy House at Falling Spring
The cost is $12 for each ticket. Tickets are available at the Old Jail, 175 East King Street, Chambersburg, or through the online gift shop at franklinhistorical.org. If guests purchase tickets online, they will need to pick up the tour booklet at the jail or indicate on their order that it should be mailed.
The event benefits the nonprofit Society.

Built-in 1818, The Old Jail is the home of the Franklin County Historical Society, founded in 1898. Each year the Society serves thousands through its tours, genealogy library, events, and educational presentations.
