2023 UPMC Ice Art Festival in Downtown Carlisle
Here is your opportunity to spend a winter day in historic downtown Carlisle.
The 7th annual UPMC Ice Art Festival in Downtown Carlisle will be held on February 3, 4, and 5, 2023. Hosted by the Downtown Carlisle Association, one hundred sculptures will be placed in front of sponsoring businesses and throughout the historic downtown. This is a FREE event with plenty of photo opportunities.
Ice Art Fest begins Friday, February 3 at 4 PM and runs all weekend until Sunday, February 5 at 3 PM throughout Downtown Carlisle!
The UPMC Ice Throne will be unveiled on Friday, February 3 at 5 PM at Veterans Courtyard at High and Hanover Streets (town square) corner.
