Touch A Truck | Downtown Shippensburg
Get ready for a fun-filled day in Downtown Shippensburg on June 22! The Touch A Truck Event will take place from 10 AM to 2 PM, offering families the chance to explore a variety of vehicles, including emergency vehicles, tractors, service trucks, construction vehicles, and more. This free, family-friendly event will be held in multiple parking lots throughout Shippensburg:
- Agriculture at Branch Creek: Lot 1 at 115 North Fayette St (Boost Burger food truck)
- First Responders at the Police Station: Lot 2 at 60 West Burd St (Brunch N Yum food truck)
- Transportation at Coy Public Library: Lot 3 at 73 West King St (Italian Job food truck)
- Military at Henry’s Pharmacy: Lot 4 at 10000 Molly Pitcher Hwy (Redneck Foodie food truck)
- Service & Construction at Firefighters Activity Center: Lot 5 at 33 West Orange St (Midnight Smoke food truck)
- Equipment at Shippensburg Beverage: Lot 6 at 1 West Orange St (Kona Ice food truck)
In addition to the Touch A Truck event, the Downtown Shippensburg Market will be open from 9 AM to 1 PM at the W. Burd Street Borough Parking Lot. Here, you’ll find local vendors offering fresh baked goods, sourdough bread, handmade crafts, and delicious treats.
Don’t miss the Coy Public Library Duck Derby at 1:30 PM, starting at the King Street Bridge and finishing at the Coy Library Bridge. On June 22, you can purchase tickets at Henry’s Pharmacy from 10 AM to 1 PM (cash only). Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers!
