National Night Out is Planned at Greene Township Park | August 2
National Night Out is planned for Tuesday, August 2, 2022, from 5 PM to 9 PM at Greene Township Park. The event is free and open to the public.
Static displays include Pennsylvania State Police Mounted, K9, Motorcycle, SERT, Aviation Fly Over, and local Fire Departments. In addition, there will be a Bike Safety Course/Rodeo sponsored by South Central Highway Safety and a Dunk Tank with “Dunk a Trooper.” There will be snacks and ice cream by Franklin County Crime Solvers and two food trucks, Amor de Madres Columbian Cruisine and PAP’s Dogs. Healthy Communities Partnership of Franklin County, Grove Family Library, and South Central Camp Cadet will also be set up.
Greene Township Park is located at 996 Elevator Street, Chambersburg, PA.
National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a sense of community. It provides an excellent opportunity to get police and neighbors together under favorable circumstances.
